We get it right for you

We've listened to your concerns the cost of bookkeeping and fluctuating volumes of transactions. Rather than giving you a fixed price per month we give you a fixed price per transaction. This does not penalise you for seasonal fluctuations or down-turns in business.

What is a transaction

A transaction is considered to be a single journal entry, i.e.:

  • A receipt for stationery would be single transaction

  • A purchase of stationery on credit and the later payment of that credit would be two transactions

  • The purchase of multiple tracking items on a single order would be a single transaction

  • The purchase of milk for $2 would be one transaction however this transaction could be summarised by you into a petty cash reimbursement for a single transaction

  • The individual recording of a sale would be a single transaction but this could be summarised by you into daily weekly takings, a single transaction

What we have tried to do is average the processing time of an average transaction to give you a figure to estimate costs. There will be transactions that seem rather expensive whilst others represent excellent value; it is up to you to manage the transactions you give to us.

All work is undertaken in Australia by Australian residents.
